...here comes another proof that it sometimes takes me a friggin' year to sit down and finish something. ;A;

But anyways! Since eons ago, I owed `DragonWinter a voluntary commission/request/thingy, an Asian dragon, to be precise. This is the first time I ever drew one, and the third time I was free to abuse copics, so please forgive the level of fail. _{Also, the overload of fins is intentional, I'm practicing for a hugeass goldfish dragon pic, oh yeah. C:}
