Oh my. My first HP fanart ever. And my first full scale digital drawing. Meep! I wanted him to be much more, but I gradually became scared of him.
I know he should be more dragonish and scrawny, but... like him more this way. 
Just noticed how dark it looks on other comps...ow. Sorry for that!
Done in Photoshop 7 & Graphire3, in the span of twelve days.
